The homework for over half term is as follows...
Continue to learn the yellow high frequency words.
Continue to learn all the sounds given.
Continue to read their reading books.
Continue to practise counting objects and writing down numbers.
Optional home learning... Keep an annotated photographic journal of half term week.
Record all the exciting things you'll be doing during half term. Whether it's a holiday at home or abroad or a week relaxing at home.
Please only use a double page in their learning logs if you chose to do this homework. As discussed in parents evening please encourage emergent writing (writing they do by themselves) and encourage them to sound out the words for spelling.
