He told us where he lived and what he liked to do. He had black teeth and spoke in a different way from us! Some of us were a little bit scared of him.
The next day his father came to visit us. His name was Long John Silver and he had no teeth at all!
He was very friendly and took us on a hunt for pirate treasure!
We asked him for a story and he told us one about a little boy called Joey, who he rescued from a desert island.
He let us share his treasure between us, so we had a gold coin each to take home!
We also did some problem solving. We had to make a tower and discuss how to make it taller and the best shapes to use.
