Another week begins!

We hope you have all had an enjoyable weekend so far and have something good planned for today.

This week we will be touching on our theme Mini Zoo, but also continuing our work linked to winter by reading the story the Snow Lambs.

In language work we will be writing about our favourite part of the story.

In Knowledge and Understanding of the World we will be recording the journey of the lamb and the sheepdog on a pictorial map.

Our PSE lesson will discuss being afraid of the dark and as part of our creative activities we will make a snowman nightlight.

Making a den for the lamb and sheepdog to shelter in will be our task in Forest Schools.

PE lessons will be concentrating on our footwork.

In Welsh, we will use the sentence pattern of the last few weeks,'Sut wyt ti?', and take part in conversational role play.

We will learn about numbers to 20, estimating and starting to record numbers to mark the number in a set in our mathematics lessons.
