Hello everyone!
We hope you are enjoying the weekend.
Hopefully, you have all received our start of term newsletter, are aware of our theme this term and have an idea of some of the activities we have planned.
Last week the children enjoyed making labels for their coat pegs using the computers to help them with their designs.
They also learnt a little about autumn. We talked about the leaves in autumn and mixed autumn colours.
They began to make a building site display to make our construction area look interesting and this will be continued throughout the coming week.
Here is a breakdown of what you need to remember in the week ahead.
Monday
Mrs Taylor teaching the class.
Dinner money to be paid.
PE kit needed.
Wellies to be brought to school, if you have not already done so.
Tuesday
Mrs Taylor teaching the class.
Wednesday
Mrs Taylor teaching the class.

Thursday

Friday

Throughout the week we will be going on an autumn walk in groups in the school grounds. We will collect autumn leaves and print with them.
To remind pupils of the importance of keeping safe on the Internet, we will talk about Smartie the penguin and make an Internet Safety display. Everyone met Smartie last year, so should remember him.
We have arranged for 'Vicky's Puppets' to visit school. More information about contributions to the cost to follow.
Don't forget snack money is now due and the happiness poster set for a home school task can be brought in during this week, but by Monday 21st September at the latest.
Any queries don't be afraid to ask us.
Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow.
Mrs Farrell, Mrs Taylor and the rest of the Reception class staff.
