Mrs Jenkins was pleased to see so many parents at the Open Evenings and get a chance to discuss how each child is settling into Reception.
There was one thing that was brought to our attention this evening. That was the purpose and meaning of the 'star' and 'wand' symbols on the written reports you received. The comments alongside the stars are examples of what the children achieved in the assessment. The wand symbolises the way forward. We apologise to those of you that didn't understand these symbols and hope the report makes more sense now you have this information.

Children must wear uniform to school on Friday for the disco. We are not allowed to celebrate Halloween as it is a Pagan Festival. The cost of the disco is £1. This includes sweets and a drink.
