As you are aware next Monday is Saint David's Day.
During the morning the children will take part in a concert and perform a variety of songs with a Welsh theme for the rest of the school.
The celebrations will continue during the afternoon when they will have the opportunity to listen to Welsh music, enjoy Welsh folk tales and taste Welsh cakes and Bara Brith.
If your child is unable to take part in the tasting activity due to any allergies please let us know before Monday.
Don't forget to send your child dressed in traditional Welsh costume or a rugby shirt on Monday morning.
There is a very special atmosphere in school on Saint David's Day and we hope this one will be one your child will enjoy and always remember.
