This week the children have been using their senses to explore the puddles. They have thought of some fantastic words to describe what they could see, hear, feel and smell, which they will be using to write a senses poem next week.
For this week's home learning task, go for a winter walk and use your senses to help you explore your surroundings.
Can you take photos or draw pictures of what you can see, hear, feel, smell and taste (any excuse for a hot chocolate : )
Write a word or sentence to match your pictures e.g. I can see frost.
I will send home red learning logs on Friday with the new reading books. Please can you return them by next Wednesday?
