Language:
Retell the story of Cinderella in written form in the style of emergent writing. Illustrate their work.
Maths:
Recite up to 10 forwards and backwards. Recite up to 20 and beyond forwards and backwards.
Physical development:
Manipulation of interlocking resources in construction.
Tie a knot.
Complete a puzzle. Thread beads onto a string in a pattern.
Every child has been assessed with regards to sounds and high frequency words. Please practice the work in their book bags every day.
ALL READING BAGS AND BOOKS NEED TO BE BROUGHT INTO SCHOOL EVERY DAY. We use them during our guided reading activities.
Home Learning task:
In your child's homework book encourage them to write numbers to 5 and then numbers to 10. Practise writing with the correct orientation and size. Ensure that they are encouraged to hold a pencil or pen appropriately please. Books will be sent home tomorrow.
World Peace Day. Please can all the children wear white tomorrow.
