Some photos from our day.

After speaking to parents this morning we adjusted the day to be a little less energetic because so many children are very tired. We hope this helps with a more settled night for some children. It takes a little while for them to adjust to a full day after, in some cases being part time or having a long holiday break.

Can I reassure you all that although your child might be tearful at the start of the day when you leave them at school they are playing happily within 10 minutes of you going.

Here are some photographs of our day.

We completed the display on our Personal and Social Education work this week - class rules.

Getting to know how to use all the tools on the interactive CTouch screen using a Creative paint programme. We also are trying to master the art of jig saw puzzles.

Using books like a reader.
Developing our fine motor control with peg boards and pegs.
Bringing the colour back into The Kingdom of Sparkle.
Using clothes pegs and number cards to develop our concept of number and fine motor control.
Building a Palace for Queen Sparkle.

A Welsh focused task using a Creative method.
Learning how to make Oren (orange) by mixing Coch (red) and Melyn ( yellow).

Investigating colour in a different way. Using primary colour paddles to make secondary colours.
Looking in detail at colours in leaves and learning to tell the signs of Autumn.

PLEASE LABEL ALL CLOTHING AND PROPERTY. WE HAVE CARDIGANS, DRINKS BOTTLES AND HATS WITH NO NAMES ON.
Thanks,
Mrs James.
