This week we are performing our Christmas concert 'Our First Nativity'. We have worked very hard on learning our lines and singing and signing new songs. We hope our 'big' voices come out on the day and you all enjoy our performances. You are welcome to take the children home from the classroom door after each performance. Please wait on the yard and we will send them out once they are changed.
We are continuing to base our work around the book 'My Penguin Osbert'. We will be drawing and labelling a present from our Christmas list.
We will continue to work on counting forwards and backwards and number recognition in maths.
In Welsh, we will be revising the sentence patterns we have used this term to hold a simple conversation with Santa.
In creative, we will be making a party hat in preparation for our Christmas dinner on Friday.
In PSE, we will be talking about the importance of Christmas and making a Christingle.
We will also continue to work hard in our 'Elves' Workshop', wrapping, labelling and organising presents for Santa.
