We read the story 'Giraffe's can't dance' by Giles Andreae and Guy Parker-Rees and discussed the term alliteration. We talked about and how certain jungle animals travelled to the Jungle Dance and used our imaginations in role play e.g. leaping lions, bouncing baboons, twisting tigers etc. We then used our understanding of alliteration to write and illustrate our own books.
