Welcome back! I hope you all had an enjoyable Easter break.
It was good to see the children today. They all worked hard and were excited to learn that our theme for the term is to be 'Sand Between My Toes'.
We discussed the topic together and the children decided they would like to do activities linked to the beach, people who work at the seaside, the tides and creatures who live in rockpools and under the sea.
As Japanese Children's Day falls in May we will also learn about how it is celebrated for our multicultural link for the term.
I hope you all received the letter about our trip to Porthcawl planned for next week.
If you are able to come with us please let us know as soon as possible. We would love to have your company. More information about the trip will follow later in the week.
